Judy Lee Designs LLC is thrilled to be a part of the 2022 Parade of Homes in St. George as an Interior Designer. The excitement and anxieties are building as we prepare to welcome over 45,000 guests to our parade home. Concrete is used to construct this magnificent structure. This home has been affectionately dubbed “The Bullet Proof House.” This home is both stylish and environmentally friendly. Mr.  Zitting designed this concrete masterpiece, and he plans to build many more ICF (insulated concrete forms) homes. This home will be the most environmentally friendly in the parade. 

This home is not only bulletproof, but also hurricane resistant, with wind speeds of up to 250 mph, noise reduction, insect resistance, and low maintenance costs. Lowest utility bills since it will feature solar panels and geo thermal technology.
